Frame Grabber.
Save the exact last frame, the first frame, or any frame of a video as a full-resolution picture. Starting each AI shot from the last frame of the one before is how the shots in our films join up. Your video never leaves your computer.

Why the last frame?
AI video tools can start a clip from a picture. Give them the last frame of your previous clip and the new shot carries on from exactly where the old one stopped: same pose, same light, same place.
Full quality
Frames are saved at the video's own resolution, not a screenshot of the player. PNG keeps every pixel; JPG is smaller. For MP4 and MOV files the frame count comes from the file itself, so "last frame" really is the last one.
